Lex B. LaRose, CPA

Lex graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1996. Lex has been practicing public accounting and taxation for over fifteen years. Prior to forming Brynn Associates in 2004, he practiced as a senior tax accountant with the firms of Mitchell & Titus, LLP and as an Assistant VP in taxation with Lehman Brothers and VP in Taxation at Citi Group.

Lex is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPA. Lex has extensive professional experience in corporate federal tax, multi-state tax, sales and use tax, asset cost segregation study, individual tax, non-for-profit tax, estate and trust and numerous other areas of accounting and taxation.

Annette Williams, CPA

Annette graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2007. Annette has been practicing public accounting and taxation for over five years.

Annette began her professional career at KPMG as an auditor in the financial services industry. This corporate experience paved her path to becoming a full time accountant and peaked her interest in the field. In 2011, Annette joined the Partnership of Brynn Associates, a firm that she has strong ties to, as she was a part-time assistant at this very firm while she attended college.

Annette is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant and has experience in the areas of accounting, business and individual tax preparation; payroll, income, not-for-profit tax and sales use tax.
